Dennis was a principal/owner of Rockwell Minchow
Consultants, Inc., a twelve-person civil engineering,
land surveying, construction management firm in Colorado
Springs. The firm's projects and primary focus was land
development and municipal clients. Dennis is well-versed
in working the entitlement process with governmental
agencies, coordinating with contractors and consultants
for building and infrastructure, and hands-on
development and implementation of cost projections and
budgets.
Dennis graduated from the University of Southern
Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
and an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology
from Nebraska Technical College. He is a licensed land
