  VICE PRESIDENT DEVELOPMENT

Dennis Minchow has been the Vice President of Development with The Schuck Corporation for the past several years overseeing and guiding its Forest Lakes, Castle Oaks, Union Ridge, and TransPort projects.

Dennis is a seasoned professional with a long history of working as a development coordinator in projects ranging from a 10-lot infill to a 2500-unit master planned community and large office complexes and commercial site developments, both in and outside the State of Colorado. Most noteably, he has overseen The Broadmoor community in southern Colorado for over 13 years in various capacities--everything from engineering consultant for The Broadmoor Development Company, including its 350-lot Broadmoor Resort Community, design and construction of 19 Brownstone units, a 33-unit condominium building, and all of the infrastructure redevelopment around the Broadmoor Hotel campus and reconstruction of the 18-hole Nicklaus Design mountain golf couse.

Dennis was a principal/owner of Rockwell Minchow Consultants, Inc., a twelve-person civil engineering, land surveying, construction management firm in Colorado Springs. The firm's projects and primary focus was land development and municipal clients. Dennis is well-versed in working the entitlement process with governmental agencies, coordinating with contractors and consultants for building and infrastructure, and hands-on development and implementation of cost projections and budgets.

Dennis graduated from the University of Southern Colorado with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Nebraska Technical College. He is a licensed land surveyor, a Member of the Urban Land Institute and Home Builders Association of Colorado Springs, and is an avid skiier and golfer with his wife and family.
