John Crist is a partner on and has achieved great success in managing and operating The Schuck Corporation's Washington land assets. John and his wife, Mary, own JRC Financial, a company set up to originate commercial real estate loans and to manage and entitle land for partners and other investors. Over the last few years, John has originated over $120 million in commercial real estate loans for Bank Midwest, and has purchased over $16 million in assets for various partners and investors. During a portion of that time, John has also managed 1,400 acres north of Colorado Springs being held for development and owned by Chillicothe Properties, Inc., a Dickinson family enterprise. Prior to JRC Financial, John was employed by Dickinson Financial Corporation, a Missouri bank holding company. He has had a variety of responsibilities with Dickinson including loan officer, and asset purchasing and management. John started in small banks in North Central Missouri, originated and managed ranch loans, commercial real estate, and federal loans. John attended the University of Missouri and Northeast Missouri State University.
